Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
Guests frequently appreciate the spacious rooms, with some even featuring a separate seating area, and find the beds very comfortable. The location is a definite plus, placing you just a short walk from the beach and about 10-15 minutes from the town center, also reachable by bus from a stop opposite the guest house. On-site parking is a significant advantage, although with limited spaces; also, a few guests have mentioned that some aspects of the property could benefit from some refreshing. Breakfast is generally considered lovely and good value.

a good stay near the sea

comfortable bed useful wardrobe convenient parking attentive hostess
my room had a large comfortable bed. i found a wardrobe, a shower, and a toilet in the room. the room also included towels, shower gel, body lotion, and tea and coffee facilities. parking on the hotel made things easier, especially because the hostess managed the space expertly.
i noticed a bit of wear on some of the furniture , it was a minor detail.

Wonderful stay!

tasteful decoration separate seating area useful reading lights
The owners offered me an alternative to the room I had originally booked. I chose the attic room. It had tasteful decorations. I found a separate seating area there. It also had a TV. The reading lights next to the comfy bed were useful.
The stairs were a little steep, a minor inconvenience for such a pleasant place.
Rooms
9/10
The room included tea and coffee supplies plus hot chocolate to enjoy. It looked nice and was impeccably clean. Plenty of space was available within the room.
Service
10/10
The hosts were friendly and accommodating. They recorded my gluten-free diet. They also noted my husband's severe mushroom allergy. Both were dealt with very well. I found this attention to detail really good.
Dining

Breakfast was amazing!!! They offered both gluten-free and vegetarian options. There was a great selection of cereals and juices as well. The full English breakfast was also very good.
Location

The location is handy for the town, buses, and the esplanade. I found the area very convenient. Parking was available on-site, great. Coastal walks are also nearby.
Facilities

The hotel is super dog-friendly!!! Our two labradoodles were made very welcome. Free parking on-site made our travels easier. The rear parking area was quite convenient.
